THE TERM "ANTI-AGING IS" – IN MY OPINION – NONSENSE. I RATHER PREFER "BETTER AGING". WE CANNOT AVOID TO AGE, AND WE DO THAT RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING. WE ARE AGING EVERY DAY AND EVERY DAY GETS US CLOSER TO DEATH – THAT IS THE BRUTAL TRUTH. BUT HEY – HERE ARE THE GOOD NEWS: WE CAN DO A FEW THINGS to SLOW DOWN THE AGING PROCESS AND – TO HAVE FUN!
Move your a.. ! Sorry for this drastic expression but it nails it down! It is a fact that most of us are sitting to much - in the front of a computer, laptop, smartphone, TV, eating, drinking, chatting. Sitting too much is not only bad - it can also be dangerous for your health!
